Jordan: JoFotara
Jordanian invoice configuration, tax and invoice type fields, simulation, production submission, QR, UUID, official references, and rejection details.
Operational follow-up
Submission status remains visible on each invoice. Saudi simplified invoices also receive automatic retry handling and deadline alerts to reduce missed reporting.
Testing
Simulation and official sandbox workflows
Teams can review invoice data locally, then use provider testing credentials before enabling production. ZATCA certificates and private keys are stored as protected clinic settings and used for production signing.
Production
Credentials remain provider-specific
Saudi clinics configure CSID certificate and signing material. Jordanian clinics configure JoFotara connection credentials. Production access always depends on credentials issued by the relevant authority.

The system supports the implemented electronic invoice workflow. Each clinic remains responsible for registration, valid authority-issued credentials, tax configuration, and final regulatory review.
