Eyadat Modern clinic management system
Built for Saudi clinics

Dental clinic operations with Saudi billing and ZATCA workflows

Run appointments, patient records, treatment plans, payments, reports, and national e-invoicing in Arabic or English with Saudi country settings.

Saudi configuration

The clinic country changes more than the currency

Saudi clinics use SAR, Saudi official holidays, VAT and CRN fields, ZATCA credentials, and the correct reporting or clearance route.

SAR and VAT

Invoice totals, payments, balances, reports, and printed documents use the clinic currency with configurable VAT handling.

ZATCA UBL 2.1

The Saudi adapter creates UBL invoices with required identifiers, tax totals, QR data, invoice hash, and signing structures.

Reporting and clearance

Simplified invoices use reporting and standard invoices use clearance, with official status and errors retained for clinic follow-up.

Production readiness

Test first, then connect authority-issued credentials

Use simulation or ZATCA testing credentials during setup. Production requires the clinic's valid CSID certificate, private key, VAT and seller identification data.
