1. The service
Eyadat is software for managing multi-specialty clinics, including patient records, appointments, specialty workflows, invoices, payments, reports, patient portal features, and notifications, depending on the selected plan.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate registration details, protecting login credentials, and managing users and permissions within your clinic account. The service must be used only for lawful, professional purposes and in line with the health and financial regulations that apply in your country.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Payments may be processed through an external payment provider, and fees, taxes, and invoice details may follow that provider's policies and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, disrupt the system, or use the service to send unlawful or unwanted messages. We may suspend an account where there is misuse, security risk, or overdue payment.
5. Clinic and patient data
Clinic and patient data remains owned by the clinic or organization operating the account. You are responsible for entering data correctly and obtaining any required patient consents when using features that process personal or health information.
6. Availability and support

7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription under the refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, security risk, or legal risk.
8. Limitation of liability
The system is an operational and administrative tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, accounting, or legal judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by misuse or incorrect data entry.
